Sunny Mango Salsa

Simple and yummy!  Great to add to green salads or to top fish or even other proteins.

 

Ingredients

2 organic mangoes, peeled, seeded and diced

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper (or you may use a spicier chile if you prefer)

1/4 cup finely chopped green onion

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons lime juice

Dash of hot sauce

Salt and freshly ground pepper

 

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
